日本の2011年第49週12/05ー12/11から、2012年第13週04/26ー04/01までの20大都市の暫定的なインフルエンザ(風邪)肺炎の感染死亡者は、最低10'920人以上。2011年09月の毎週の平均の感染死者数を350人、10月の毎週の死者数を400人、11月の毎週の死者数を450人と仮定すると、2011年第35週(08/26ー10/02)から、2011年第48週(11/28ー12/04)までのインフルエンザ(風邪)肺炎感染死者数は、5600人くらいにはなる。だから、2011年第49週から、2012年第13週までの、暫定的な日本の20大都市のインフルエンンザ(風邪)肺炎の感染死者の合計は、最低、1万6520人以上にはなるだろう。???

Limited access to GP services on Good Friday 6 April 2012 will have impacted on GP consultation rates, so data should be interpreted with caution.
GP consultation rates remain low and most indicators of influenza activity have decreased but sporadic outbreaks continue to be reported.
- Weekly influenza GP consultation rates remain low in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- In week 14 (ending 8 April 2012), the weekly primary care ILI consultation rate remained low in England (5.5 per 100,000), Scotland (11.7 per 100,000), Northern Ireland (17.0 per 100,000) and Wales (1.9 per 100,000).
- The weekly proportion of NHS Direct calls for cold/flu and fever (5-14yrs) remain below the early warning thresholds for influenza in week 14.
- Fourteen new acute respiratory disease outbreaks were reported across the UK (seven in England, four in Scotland, two in Northern Ireland and one in Wales) in week 14 2012 compared to seven in week 13.
- 36 (7.1%) of the 507 respiratory specimens reported to Data Mart (England) tested positive for influenza in week 14, a slight decrease in positivity compared to week 13. The majority of positive samples were influenza A(H3) (13 A(H3), 12 A (subtype not known) and 11 B). The proportion of samples positive for RSV decreased slightly, with the highest positivity remaining in under five year olds. The proportion of samples positive increased for rhinovirus, decreased for adenovirus and remained stable for hMPV and parainfluenza.
- Three influenza A(H3) and one B were recorded in the UK sentinel GP schemes in week 14 2012, an overall positivity of 8.9% compared to 20.9% in week 13.
- The majority of A(H3N2) viruses are antigenically similar to the 2011/12 A(H3N2) vaccine component.
- Ten new admissions to ICU/HDU with confirmed influenza were reported through the USISS mandatory scheme across the UK in week 14 compared to 14 in week 13.
- No new ICU/HDU confirmed influenza deaths have been reported through the USISS mandatory scheme across the UK in week 14.
- No excess all-cause mortality was seen by age group and by region in week 14 as calculated by the HPA with the EuroMOMO algorithm. No excess mortality was seen in Scotland in week 14 2012.
- Following a WHO consultation, it is recommended that vaccines for use in the 2012/13 northern hemisphere influenza season contain the following viruses: an A/California/7/2009 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus, an A/Victoria/361/2011 (H3N2)-like virus and a B/Wisconsin/1/2010-like virus.
- In Europe, the decrease in the proportion of influenza-positive sentinel specimens and the growing number of countries reporting continuously decreasing trends in the incidence of ILI/ARI indicate that the epidemic has passed its peak in almost all countries. As often observed late in the season, the proportion of type B virus influenza detections has been increasing over the past seven weeks. A proportion of A(H3) viruses characterised have not perfectly matched the current vaccine strain, which is consistent with the decision of WHO to recommend a change of A(H3N2) strain in the vaccine in 2012/13.
- Elsewhere in the temperate regions of the Northern hemisphere influenza activity appears to be reaching its peak or decreasing in most countries and it is mainly dominated by A(H3) viruses.
- Countries in the tropical zone are mostly reporting low levels of activity and transmission in the temperate countries of the southern hemisphere is at low levels.

日本の2011年第49週12/05ー12/11から、2012年第13週04/26ー04/01までの20大都市の暫定的なインフルエンザ(風邪)肺炎の感染死亡者は、最低10'920人以上。2011年09月の毎週の平均の感染死者数を350人、10月の毎週の死者数を400人、11月の毎週の死者数を450人と仮定すると、2011年第35週(08/26ー10/02)から、2011年第48週(11/28ー12/04)までのインフルエンザ(風邪)肺炎感染死者数は、5600人くらいにはなる。だから、2011年第49週から、2012年第13週までの、暫定的な日本の20大都市のインフルエンンザ(風邪)肺炎の感染死者の合計は、最低、1万6520人以上にはなるだろう。???

El acuerdo establece los laboratorios suministradores a los que las Administraciones podrán solicitar las vacunas, mediante la formalización de los correspondientes contratos, de los que ya se ha abierto la negociación.
El ministerio de Sanidad se propone extender este procedimiento de compra centralizada a otros medicamentos y productos sanitarios.
La ministra, Leyre Pajín, ha afirmado que "se trata de una medida de unidad de acción y también de ahorro" y ha expresado su satisfacción por "el proceso que hemos logrado llevar a cabo entre todos"

The Ministry of Health has signed contracts with four laboratories Framework Agreement suppliers of seasonal influenza vaccines within the centralized joint purchasing process has been launched. The agreed procedure will be more than three million vaccines to be provided by the selected laboratories. You can buy 3,600,000 doses and will save more than 3,200,000 euros (roughly equivalent to what it would cost to purchase 604,000 shots).
In addition, this agreement sets the maximum prices of seasonal flu vaccines that will benefit the Ministry of Defence, Penintenciarias Institutions, the National Institute for Public Health (INGESA) and eight autonomous communities: Madrid, Valencia, Balearic Islands, Castile-Leon , Aragon, Asturias, Cantabria and Extremadura. The rest did not want to join.
The agreement provides for suppliers to laboratories that Administrations may apply vaccines through the administration of those contracts for which have already opened negotiations.
The Health Ministry intends to extend this procedure to other centralized purchasing drugs and medical devices.
The minister, Leire Pajin, said that "it is a measure of unity of action and saving" and welcomed "the process that we have carried out together"

Health agencies dependent on central government (Ingesa, which manages Ceuta and Melilla, Prisons, Army), and most communities are already embedded in the system. Missing Catalonia, Basque Country and Andalusia, presumably because they have beneficial agreements with suppliers. Last year, only eight communities involved, it saved 3.8 million euros.
The initiative, however, open to extensions. And the previous minister, Leire Pajin (PSOE) proposed to the communities that their suggestions, and that the system is not used only for drugs but also for other health supplies such as adult incontinence underpads (diapers). And in the Finally Interregional Council, chaired and its successor, Ana Mato (PP) agreed to extend the system to the other vaccines, the children commonly used (though not yet in a single calendar).

Despite its short-range-of-time the measure has the support even of suppliers, usually critical of how difficult it is for them to cope with 17 different buyers (or more if you consider that sometimes the partner is not counseling, but the management of a hospital). And although sometimes it profit, and get up to 10 times difference in the price of a product according to who the buyer, as has been reported several times the office of the Ombudsman. The idea seems preposterous, so three of the most economically powerful have been left out.
